Period poverty is a silent struggle that countless women and girls face every day. In Indianapolis and around the world, many lack access to the essential female hygiene products needed to manage their menstrual cycles with comfort and dignity. From puberty to menopause, the inability to afford or access these basic necessities creates barriers to education, work, and overall well-being.
At Temple Community Outreach Inc. (TCO), we are committed to ending this age-old concern. Through our partnership with Project Period, we are addressing the issue head-on. Every month, we distribute menstrual products to women in need, offering more than just supplies—we’re providing support, restoring dignity, and breaking the stigma surrounding menstruation.
Each Period Package contains: 15 Regular Absorbency Pads, 3 Heavy Absorbency Pads, and 2 Overnight Pads.
